Individualized Support for Professional Development
New employee onboarding begins immediately upon joining the organization. Through practical rotational training across key departments, new hires acquire essential business fundamentals while developing a comprehensive understanding of corporate operations, strategic management policies, and specialized engineering technologies.
Following rotational assignments, employees transition to their respective departments to acquire practical operational competencies under the guidance of senior mentors through On-the-Job Training (OJT). Because the timeframe required to achieve technical proficiency and operational autonomy varies by individual, Samco maintains a customized mentorship infrastructure tailored to each employee’s responsibilities and rate of mastery.
New Employee Onboarding Framework
-
Introductory Rotational Program(Approximately Two Weeks)
During the initial two weeks, a unified introductory program is conducted for all new personnel across both business and technical tracks. This program combines departmental lectures with introductory site visits in key areas, including Research & Development, Manufacturing, and Global Sales. The curriculum is designed to instill professional workplace standards while imparting an integrated view of the enterprise.
-
Departmental Cross-Functional Training (3 Months to 1 Year)
Upon completion of the introductory program, personnel undergo extended rotational training across multiple divisions, tailored to individual technical backgrounds and comprehension rates. Participants engage in hands-on operations, including semiconductor equipment assembly, thin-film process characterization, and joint client engagements. This structured exposure fosters cross-functional perspectives and practical technical capabilities prior to permanent department placement.

-
Departmental On-the-Job Training (Approximately 1 Year)
Following formal departmental placement, structured OJT commences under designated senior engineers and colleagues. Supported by the broader department, employees cultivate specialized skills through direct participation in active projects. The scope of operational responsibility is expanded incrementally according to individual proficiency and development rates, ensuring sustained career advancement.
