We prioritize individual character and capabilities in our recruitment process; academic background is not a decisive factor.

Do you offer job-specific recruitment?

We do not recruit by specific job categories. Assignments are determined for each individual upon completion of the post-entry training program.

Is it possible to apply without attending an information session?

Attendance at our information sessions is not a prerequisite for application. However, we highly encourage participation as these sessions include comprehensive company overviews alongside office and factory tours. We believe these experiences offer invaluable insights into our operations and corporate culture.

How is the assignment of work locations and departments determined?
Final placement will be determined following post-entry training, through a comprehensive evaluation of your preferences and aptitude, alongside the specific requirements of each department.
Could you please provide information regarding the work location?

Work assignments depend on the specific department. As our manufacturing and R&D facilities within Japan are located exclusively in Kyoto, the majority of personnel are based there. Sales professionals may be stationed at our Kyoto headquarters or in other strategic regions, including Tokyo and Tokai.

Do you provide company housing or dormitory facilities?

While we do not offer company housing or dormitories, we provide a rental subsidy of up to 50% for employees who live alone due to their family home being located a significant distance away.

I would like to visit alumni; could you please provide me with some introductions?

The recruitment team is unable to provide introductions to alumni.

Could you please send us your corporate brochure?

The company brochure is scheduled to be distributed at the briefing session.
