Under the supervision of President and Representative Director Fumishi Kawabe, our dedicated Corporate Planning Office—comprised of three members as of October 2025—leads our IR activities in close coordination with the Accounting, General Affairs, and Executive Office departments. Furthermore, we maintain rigorous control over undisclosed insider information during all engagements in strict accordance with internal regulations.

During one-on-one meetings with institutional investors and other stakeholders, the President and CEO attends as necessary to facilitate engagement. Following the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, we host an annual corporate briefing titled "Current Status and Future Development of Our Business" to provide a deeper understanding of our strategic direction. Furthermore, the notice will be made available on our corporate website and other platforms twenty-six days before the event, ahead of the physical mailing.
